That the bid of the Ohio Cil Company for the sale to
the Cit;; of ?aducah of all :iC 1-2-3 Licuid Asphalt and R•C -3
Licuid Asphalt required b,- the City of Paducah durin the year 1943
e accepted, and the "ity :.:anager is hereby authorized to enter intc
and execute a contract for the purchase upon the order of said city
of all asphalt to be used during the year 1948, said contract to c
tain the following terms, conditions and covenants:
