value of the electric utility system of the Kentucky Utilities
Company, reported to the City of Faducah and the Kentucky Utilltie
Co=any that if they gave fort"..er time to their appraisal work,
there v:aa a strong probability that an agreement could be reached
by February 15th, 1948; and
MEREAS, under a judgment of the :7cCracken Circuit Court
rendered in the action of City of ?aducah, et al, against the
Kentucky Utilities Company, the plaintiff vias granted a permanent
injunction and under said judgment the appraisal work is re-
quired to be completed and a report filed with the Board of Comm-
issioners; and
I AREAS, the riEhts of the parties have been fully
declared and adjudged in said suit; and
