STREET WITHIN THAT AREA OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BOUND-
ED ON THE SOUTH BY THE SOUTH CURBLINE OF WASHINGTON STREET, ON
THE WEST BY THE EAST CURBLINE OF SEVENTH STREET, ON THE NORTH
BY THE NORTH CURBLINE OF MONROE STREET AND ON THE EAST BY THE
WEST CURBLINE OF FIRST STREET, AND FIXING A PENALTY FOR ANY
VIOLATION THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COL1•1ISSIONERS ON THC CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TION ONE
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle of any
• kind on either Washington Street, Kentucky Avenue, Broadway, Jeffer
som Street or Monroe Street, or on either side of any of said stree
from the west curb line of First Street to the East curbline of Sev
enth Street between the hours of One Olclock A.M., and Five O'clock
A. M.
SECTION 'ril0
Any person violating the provisions .of this ordinance shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be
punishable by a fine of not less than One (Y1.00) Dollar nor more
than Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars.
SECTION THREE
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SEC TION FOUR
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
