Home My WebLink AboutOrdinances Book 11, Page 217, No Ordinance Number217 J AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 27TH AND MONROE STREE IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WHICH WAS ACCEPTED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT EMBODIED IN A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 17TH, 1947 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SEC TION 1. That upon the recommendation and request of the City Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report embodied in a resolution adopted by it on October 17th, 1947, the plat of the subdivision of property located at the Southwest corner of 27th and Monroe Streets, and recorded in Plat Book IV'. page 13, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office, be and the same is hereby approved. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
