AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES IN BOTH
THE EAST DRIVE AND THE WEST DRIVE OF SECOND STREET BETWEEN KENTUCKY
AVENUE AND BROADWAY; PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company, or
corporation to park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind in
either the east drive or west drive of Second street for a
longer period than one (1) hour between 11:00 A.M. and 5:00
P.M. on any days of the week excepting Saturday or Sunday.
SECTION 2.
Any person,f irm, corporation or company violating the
provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than
One ($1.00) Dollar nor more than Twenty-five (;$25.00) Dollars,
and each time any vehicle is parked on said street for more
than one (1) hour during the time prohibited in Section 1
hereof shall be construed to be a separate offense.
SECTION 3.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
