AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF MARTHA TOLBERT IN TIE,
SUM OF $75.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF LOTS 15 AND 16 BLACK "E" NAUHEIM
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE PROPER INSTRUMENTS OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
WHEREAS, Henry Collins, Treasurer of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, has become the purchaser of the hefeinafter described
property of the delinquent taxpayer under and pursuant to the pro-
visions of KRS 92.670; and,
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has failed to rodeem
the same within two years from t tie date of the sale thereof to the
City Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, deed to said property has been executed and delivered
by said Treasurer to the City of Paducah as provided in KRS 92.760;
and
WHEREAS, the City of paducah has received an offer for the
hereinafter described real estate and it is deemed advisable to
authorize the conveyance to the bidder for the amount offered by
him;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Martha Tolbert
in the sum of $75.00 cash for the purchase of Lots 15 and 16 in Blo
"E" Nauheim Addition, as shown by plat recorded in Plat Book "A",
pages 166 and 167, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office; and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a deed of con
veyance to said property for and on behalf of the City of Paducah;
but without any covenant of warranty.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
