1947, be amended by adding to said lease to be known as
Paragraph W20 which shall read as folle::s:
"(20) It is further understood and agreed by the ?.Teter
Company th„t in the event an order of injunction shall to issued

SEC TIO;J 2.
the :::ayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
empo:•,ered, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, to enter into
and execute said lease as amended pursuant to the provisions of
this ordinance.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
