UNDER THE APPORTIONMENT ORDINANCE OF 1947 FOR THE EMPLOYI+ENT OF' A
EOILERMAN TO THE ACCOUNT OF THE CITY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ADMINISTRA
UNDER SAID ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAIIdED BY THE BOARD OF COT0'IJSIONERS OF THE CITY Or
PADUCAH, YEIdTUCKY:
SEC TION 1.
That the salary of the City Alcoholic Beverage
Administrator be, and the same is hereby increased to:;;100.00
per month effective on October 1, 1947. In order to provide
the funds necessary for payment of an increase of tiF50.00 per
month in the salary of the City Alcoholic Beverage Administrator,
there is hereby transferred from Account Pio. 5143 appropriated
under the apportionment ordinance of 1947 for payment of the
salary of the boilerman nhose-services will not be required the
sum of ?;150.00 to the account of the City Alcoholic Beverage
Administrator, Account No. 3311.
SEC TIO.; 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SEC TION 3.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause to be published
in the Sun -Democrat a notice of the introduction of this ordinance
and the proposal to make the aforesaid transfer of appropriations
for the year 1947 to provide the funds necessary for increasing the
salary of the City Alcoholic Beverage Administrator, said ordinance
to be published at least one week before this ordinance shall be
put upon its final passage.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
public inspection until the notice of the transfer of funds as pro-
vided herein shall have been published as required by law, and shal�
be put upon its final passaLe after such publication.
