.SEC TIOII 1.
That the City of Paducah approve, adopt and accept
the plat of the resubdivision of the unsold lots on the east
side of Hope Avenue between +eil Avenue and Rose Avenue in
Oa.±: Grove Ce_retery as prepared by T. A. Bradley, the City
EnZineer, on July 26, 1947, which plat is here referred to
and made a part Df this o,--dinance, and as evidence of the
approval and adoption of said plat the :.ayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and empowered to subscribe their names
L"ereon as a,pprovinl7 the sa:;e for and on behalf of the City
of Paducah.
SEC TION 2.
That the location alan of raves, monuments and
!a_ -iters as 3no:. i on the nforesa:id plat of the _•esu::3ivision of
all unsold lots on the east side of F.oae Avenue between :ieil
Avenue and Rose kvenue be approved, and it shall be unlawful
for any person to pl.ce a `rave, monument or mar'rer at any
location exceptin, at the location shown and specified on
said plat wiih respect to each of said unsold lots in said
resubdivision.
SEC TION 3.
I?o part of the cemetery property shown on the

aforesaid plat shall be sold by the City of Faducah in units

of smaller size than a lot wherein sufficient space is provided
for the location
of more t:an one 3rave as shown on said plat,
and the sale ,,rice for each lot shall be „40.00 per Crave to
be determined according to the number of Craves in each lot
as oho,:n on -acid plat, and no portion of any osaid ce:;ietery
lot shall ce sold Ly a purchaser unless the sale thereof' is
approved by the _.card of Cormaiss:ioners.
SEC TLOII 4.
Any person violatin_• the provisions of this ordinance
shall be ,uilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined not less than ,,10.00 nor more than ,.25.00 for
each offense.
SEC T ON 5.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
^nd after its adoption.
