OF PADU'CAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTIO:I 1.
That the City of Paducah hereby authorizes the closing
of all of that public alley runninZ through a certain tract of
la -d in the city of Paducah, Kentucky owned by the Paducah Central
Labor Union lark Association, Incorporated, located at the South
west corner of the intersection of lark Avenue and Joe Clifton
Drive, which public alley runs throuSh the middle of said tract
parallel with Parc *.venue and is more particularly described as
follows:
"Ee- inning; at a point 163.25 feet north of the
northwest corner of the intersection of Ross Avenue
and Joe Clifton Drive; thence in a westerly direction .
and parallel with Ross Avenue 307.7 feet to the east
line of a 15 foot alley; thence north and along the
east line of said 15 foot alley a distance of 22.5 feet,
more or less to a point 183.25 feet frori and at right
angles to icoss Avenue; thence in an easterly direction
and parallel with Ross Avenue 297.5 feet to the west
property line of Joe Clifton ';•rive; thence in a southerly
direction and with the crest property line of Joe Clifton
Drive 20 feet to the point of beginning."
And the Corporation Counsel is hereby directed to institute
in the L'cCracken circuit Court a suit for the purpose of carrying
the provisions of this ordinance into effect.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
