t-) advertise for bids for the purchase and installation of a
new steam boiler of sufficient size to provide adequate heat
in the City Hall building and in the central Fire i'tation of
the City of :aducoh, the total bid price to include the cost of
the boiler, all nips and other connections, as well as 'the cost
of all labor to be rerformed when said toiler is installed. And
each bid to act out the lowest offer for furniohinZ and installing
the same upon specifications to be prescribed by the City I,anager
in his advertisement for ',ids.

That the City .'.:annCer advertise for bids by notice
posted up at the City ?call door and insertin,; notice of the
request for bids in at least one issue of the` Sun Democrat. The

notice shall be posted and published at least seven days prior
to the openin, of the bids and no bids shall be opened within

No bid shall be received unless it is under seal, nor shall
any bid be received after the hour fixed in the norice for the
