CONFLICT HEREWITH", which was adopted by the ooard of Commissioner:
nn July 18, 1938, and amended on June 10th, 1942, be and the same
is hereby amended so that said Section as amended shail read as
follows:
"Section 2. That said Commission shall proceed to function
in the manner and form contemplated and directed by .the Act of the
General Assembly of Kentucky as aforesaid, and tae.Chairrnan and
members bf said commission ;hall receive is their attendance at
not more than eight ;8) meetings held after the passage of this
ordinance and untk.1 January 1st, 1945, the followin.r compensation:
"The Chairman shall receive ;20.00 for each meeting
attended.
"The Commissioners shall each receive ;;a0.00 for each
meeting attended.
From and after January lst, 1345, the Chairman shall
receive for his attendance at not more than twelve (12) meetings
during any one year the sum of ,x20.00 for each meeting attended ane
each of said Commissioners shall receive for his attendance at not
more than tewlve (12) meetings in any one year the sum of
�j10.00 for each meeting attended."
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are to the extent of said conflict hereby repealed.
SEC TION 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and e;''ect
from and after its adoption.
