PADUCAIi, KENTUCKY:
SECTION I.
That the City of Paducah accent the offer of Lee.Davis in the
sum of ;AO.00 to be paid in cas'._for the purchase of a lot located
at the Northeast corner of 9th c: husband Streets; also the offer of
Edwin C. Haifcins in the scan of ,GO.00 cash for the purchase of Lot
6 in Block 15 in the Gilson, Rock E: Tully Addition, be3innin., 200 f
from the Northwest corner of the intersection of Gilson ce.Kzaggie
Streets; and also the offer of ilancy Hall in the sum of :;115.00
cash for the purchase of a strip of ground lying in the northwest
corner of Lot 29 of i'lavren Thornberry Survey, f:,ontin„ 70 feet
on the Southside of I,eyers Street and extending back a uniform
width 435 feet. And the Yayor and City Cleric are hereby authorized
to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, deeds under
which said property shall be conveyed with covenant of Special jarr
of title and subject to any encroachments, defects, or any other st.
of facts which an accurate survey of said property would show.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
