AND OPERATION OF A HEALTH CENTER, ABID APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF
AN INSTRUMENT UNDER 1.111ICH TILE CITY OF PADUCAH Ai'ID TIIE COUNTY OF
ttCCRACKEN DILL LEASE SAID PROPERTY FROM THE GOVERNMENT UPON THE
TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN
BE IT RESOLVED aY THE BOARD OF COM1.1I331ONERS OF THE CITY
.OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah offer to convey to the United
States of America for the establishment, maintenance and operation
of a health center the following described bract of land: -
"Being a tract of real estate located in the
City of Paducah, McCraci:en County, Kentucky,
bounded on the :'est by 21st Street, bounded
on the south by Monroe Street, bounded on the
North by Madison Street, and bounded on the
east by what will be 20th Street when extended."
SECTION 2.
That the City of Paducah enter into a lease with the United
States of America, upon the terms and conditions and in compliance
with the covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth, which
said lease is to be binding and in full force and effect upon the
completion of a building to be used as a health center upon the
above described tract of land or on such other tragt of gbound
as may be selected therefor in McCracken County, and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered, for and on
behalf of the City of Paducah, to execute and deliver said lease
agreement to the United States of America, and to execute and del
any and all agreements therewith hereafter with referehoe to the
leasing of said property, which lease is filed herewith and to be
considered as a part of this resolution to the same extent as if
fully copied herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
