BE IT ORDAINED 13f TIIr BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF TI.E CITY
OF PADUCAH, KLrTTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That Sections 6 and 9 of an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDIN
REGULATING AND GOVERNING BURIALS, DISINTERMENT6 AIID REI:iTImMENTS
CHARGES IN OAK GROVE CEMETERY AND ADDITIONS THERETO", irhich Wad
adopted by the General Council of the City of Paducah on October
23, 1909, be and the same is hereby amended and reordained, so
that said sections when so amended and reordained will read as
follows:
"Section 6. All craves sold in Oak Grove Cemetery under
what is known ac the single grave privilege, the price thereof is

ereby fi..ed at ,;10.00 per grave for the burial of all persons
over 12 years of age, and at the price of ,j4.00 per gave for the
burial of children of the age of 12 years or under.
"Section 9. The charge for opening and closing the grave ofj
an adult shall be :.110.00, and for the grave of a child shall be (15.00.
Provided, howeverm when necessary to open and close a grave on Sun
or on a Holiday, the price shall be $12.00 for an adult's grave
and •,?6.00 for a child's grave, The charge for opening and closing
a grave for a vault shall be •1P12..00, but if necessary to open a gr
for a vault on a Sunday or Holiday the charge shall be 418.00.
All fees for the opening and closing of graves shall be paid into
the city treasury by the person having the work done."
SEC TIOia 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
