''IPs;tEA3, J. 'Z. Rayburn, and his wife, Geraldine Rayburn, Mar
Presley Thomas and his wife, Mary Amos Thomas, Herbert 11. Sigler,
Rorer F. Christie and his wife, Opal U. Christie, and the City of
Paducah are the owners of all of the property in the "cleat- Terrace
Addition to the City of Paducah, and certain streets were establis
within said addition when said property was subdivided into city
buildinE lots on October 19th, 1929; and,
WHEREAS, the streets, nourts, boulevards and avenuen have neuS
been opened to the jublic, and there is no necessity for the existetce
of any o,: said streets, boulevards, courts and avenues; and, !!!
WHEREAS, the above named persons are the owners of all
property abuttinC thereon;
NOW IF,-' ✓FORK, be it ordained by the board of commissioners
of the City of Paducah, Iientuc':y:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Faducah, by and throuSh its 11yor and !
City Clerk,,jcin with the above named persons in the execution of
an instrument of writinC in which said city shall a3rec that all
of said streets, boulevards, courts and avenues, with the except
of Calc Avenue, shall he forever closed, and it is furt`1er agreed
that the owners of property crossed by any of said streets,
boulevards, courts or avenues shall cecome the owners of the
property designated on the plat as such streets, boulevards,
courts or avenues, free and clear of any right, claim or interest
of any of the other parties to said agreement.
JEC TION 2.
This opdinance shall he in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
