XECUTE PROPER INSTRUMENTS OF CONVEYANCE TO _AID PROPERTY

SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Joe Canup j
in the sum of •,,50.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase of Lot 15
in =lock 4, located at ,'307 Ashcraft Avenue in t'e City of Paducah,lj

Kentucky; also that the City of Paducah accept the offer of Clara
Bec'tencaugh in the sum of :,150.00 to be paid in cash for the pur-
chase of propert.- located at x#301 Thurman :street, being Lot 1 in
Block 3; and the I,:ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute for and on behalf of the City of Paducah a deed under which
said property shall be conveyed with covenant of Special Warranty
of title and subject to any encroachments, defects, or any state
of facts which an accurate survey of said property vo u]d show.
SEC TION 2.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of J. L. Grah
in the sum of :;,75.00 for the purchase of property located at
#812 Caldwell Street, the sur.i of ,025.00 to be paid in cash, and
the balance to be paid under a Contract of Sale wherein said
City will aC.ree and obligate itself to convey said property
upon the payment of said balance in six (6) monthly in-
stallments in the sum of a7.(.O each and one (1) installment
in the sum of ;;8.00 due and payable on April 8th, 1944,
together with interest on said balance at the rate of a; per
annum until paid. And tie iGayor and City Clerk are hereby authoriz
to execute a nontract ;or the sale of said property upon the
aforesaid terms atd subject to such further 'terms, conditions
and covenants as may be required by the City L:anager.
3ECTI0;; 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
