B. PUCKETT OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT #1305 ATKINS AVENUE IN SAID CITY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE- PROPER XECUTEPROPER INSTRUIdENTS OF WRITING FOR THE PURPOSE OF CARRYING THIS ORDINANCE INTO EFFECT BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE BOARD.OF C00JISSIONERS OF TIE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Lallie Holland in the sum of ,j;125.00 for the purchase of Lot No. 3 in Block No. 7 of Rowlandtown's Addition to the City of Padytcag as shown by Plat of said "ddition recorded in Deed Book 40, page 336 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office, said lot to be sold under a contract providing for the payment of ;25.00 in cash and the remainder of the consideration in installments of $10.00 per month, a deed of conveyance to be delivered upon the payment of the purchase price in full. Said contract shall further provide that in the event of the default of the payment of any installment within sixty (60) days after the same shall become due, the payments 'theretofore made thereunder shall be forfeited to the City of Paducah'as rent for said property, and the purchases shall surrender possession on demand and without notice. SECTION 2. That the City of Paducah accept the offer of R. B. Puckett in the sum of $150.00 for the purchase of a certain lot or parcel of land located at 71305 Atkins Avenue, said lot to be sold under a contract providing .for the payment of q,,;20.00 in cash and the r, remainder to be paid in eight (8) monthly installments in the sum of $15.00 each and one (1) installment in the sum of :;10.00 ,�I a deed of conveyance to be delivered upon the payment of the purchase price in full. Said contract shall further provide that ih the event of the default of the payment of any installment within sixty (60) days after the same shall become due, the payments theretofore made thereunder shall bee forfeited 'to the City of Paducah as rent for said property, and the purchaser shall surrender possession on demand and without notice. SECTION 3. The Iviayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered to execute and deliver to Lallie Holland and R. B. 857 - -- - M Puckett a contract under which the City of Paducah authorizes the sale to them of the above described property upon the condition herein contained, said property to be conveyed with covenant of Special 'A'arranty of title, and subject to encroachments, defects or any other state of fact which an accurate survey would show. SECTION 4.
