That the City i'anaZer be, and he is hereby (directed to sell to the hihest bidder at public auction the miscel- laneous material, equipment and supplies reclaim d from. the River- side Hosnita.l Building; also the buildings and properties situated upon the flood wall rights of Bray, and real estate purchased by the City of Paducah at Commissioner -It sales, said property to be sold ;,under this resolution. SECTION 2. Before proceedinC with said sale, the City I ,an-: er shall advertise the time, terms and place of sale in the (Sun -Democrat at least three consecutive days next preceeding the (date of sale, therein describing the property to be sold. The acceptance of all bids shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Co_rsnissioners, and no sale shall be effective until con- firmed by said Board. SECTION 3.
