that the City of Paducah give recognition to the fine

qualities of leadership and excellent character of the
Hon. T. Ward Havely, mayor of the City of Lexington
whose reputation as a loyal and efficient public
servant was I:nown so well throu,-hout 'L}se State of

Kentucky, as well as to the many officials of other
cities with whom he had come in contact. ?.tayo.r Havely

of municipal affairs, and the officials of this city

be spread upon the records of the City of Paducah, and
that a copy be furnished the Board of Commissioners
of the Cit; of Lexington, and the memi;ers of his family.
