SECTION I.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Tyler I'Ihite in
the sw-n of ;;,125.00 to bo paid in cash, for the purchase of Lot No.
4 in Block IIo. 4 in Sanders Arcadia Sub -division to the Citry of

Paducah, as --dorm by plat of said sub -division recorded in Plat
Book "1111, nage 218, in the IscCracken County Court Clerk's Office,
also the offer of Paul-;ichols in the sum of ',40.00 cash, for the
purchase of Lot I o. 5 in ulocic I;o. 2 of Quarles6ddition as shown
by plat of said addition o; record in Flat =ook "A", page 107,
in the aforesaid Clerks Office, and the Pdayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and empowered to execute, for and on behalf
of the City of Paducah, deeds under which said property shall be
conveyed with covenant of Special Warranty of Title, and subject
to any encroachments or defects which an accurate survey might
show.
