BE IT ORDAINED LY THE BOARD OF COMIMIS,dIONERS OF THE
CITY MT PADUCAH, IiENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report sub-
mitted for the establishment of the sub -division to be known as the
Belmont N_ei:-hts Addition, all of that tract or rarcel of land
lying between 30th and 32nd streets and Harrison and Trimble street;

in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby declared to be/resi-
dential district within the meaning of the City Planning and Zoning
Commission Law. But there shall be no restrictions as to type,
cost or construction of dwelling reside, ces ,-.,ithin said area.
SECTION 2.
Pursuant to the recommendations of the City Planning
and Zoning Commission, no building shall be erected which fronts
otherwise than is shown on the plat of said addition, and no
building shall be erected nearer than 25 feet from the front prop-
erty line, no exceptions being made for front rorches which may be
built to residential structures,.
SECTION 3.
Any property owner, tenant or other person who erects,
constructs or reconstructs any building in violation of or contrary
to the aforesaid provisions of this ordinance, shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined
in any sum not less than ?10.00 nor more than u100.00 for each
offense so committed, and each day such offense is committed shall
be deemed a separate offense aid shall be subject to a separate
penalty under the provisions hereof', or the person so offending or
so Euilty of violation of the provisions hereof, may, in addition
to such fine be imprisoned not more than fifty (50) days at the
discretion of the Judge or Jury tryin* the case.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its ad.oprion.
