BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
;,CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
i.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of I:irs. Roy
Nichols in the sum of M.00 in cash for the purchase of Lot No. 2
1' in Block No. 2 of Quarles Addition to the City of Paducah as shown j
by plat of said addition of record in Plat Book "A", page 107 in
the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office; also the offer of I:irs.

S ;p75.00 in cash for the purchase of
Lot No. 6 in clock No. 1 in said Addition, and the 1,-ayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered to execute, for and
on behalf of the City of Paducah, deeds under .,hick said property

shall be conveyed with covenant of Special '.varranty of Title and
it subject to any encroachments or defects which an accurate survey
might show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full .force and effect from
and after its adoption.
