02 PADUCAH, KENTUCKY -
SECTION 1.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation:
to operate or cause to be operated upon the streets, alleys, sidewalk
crossing: ol- other public ::ays of the City of Paducah any motor Vehicle
while on its rims or -....en any tire of said motor vehicle entirely
deflated.

It shall also be unlawful for any person, firm or'corpor-!
ation to deface, damaSe or destroy for any purpose the streets,
sidewalks, alleys and public rays, or any portion thereof, or to
use thereon a motor vehicle, wagon, cart, dray or vehicle of any

other kind in such manner as to damage the same.
SECTION 3.

Any person, firm or corporation violatinrl the provisions of
i
this ordnance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
in the City Court shall be fined in any sum not less than ,5.00 nori
more than '20.00 for each offense.
SECTIOI: 4.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
niter its adoption.
