AND/OR STATE AGENCIES ON SLUM CLEARANCE AND LOW COST HOUSING
PROJECTS IN PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; A PROPRIATING OF 1,1000 OUT OF THE
'CONTINGENCY FUND' TO BE PAID CUT OE SAID FUND AND EXPENDED BY
SAID COMMISSION FOR PROPER PURPOSES; AND REPEALING ALL IAWS IN

MAKING OF SAID COMMISSION TO BE A BODY CORPORATE; iNAMIIIG

OUT OF THE 'CONTINGENCY FUNDI TO BE PAID OUT Ob' SAID FUND AND
EXPENDED BY SAID COMT;:ISSION FOR PROPER PURPOSES; AND REPEALIIIG
ALL LAMS IN CONFLICT HERE17ITH", which was adopted by the Board of
Commissioners on July 18, 1938, be and the same is hereby amended
so that said section as amended shall read as follows:
Section 2- That said Commission shall proceed to function
in the manner and Form contemplated, permitted and directed by
the Act of the General Assembly of Kentucky as aforesaid, and the
Commissioners and chairman shall receive for their attendance at not
more than eight (8) meetings during the year 1942, and for that period
only the following compensation:
The Chairman shall receive P"10.00 for each meeting attended.
The Commissipners shall each receive ;5.00 for each meeting
attended.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict h:rewith
are, to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
SEC TION 3.
This ordinance shall be in full Force and effect from and
after its adoption.
