SECTION 1.
That one of the re -alar members of the
Police department desi;nated by the City Jud„e be assi.-ned to
perform the duties of the probation officer for the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, the officer so desi:;natod to serve without
additional compensation, iit shall be the aut:r of the officer
appointed to serve as proi:ation o''icer to see that
all probated o .Ponders do not violate the law din: n. -
their term of probation and to check the circumstances
of the case to be Probated and the character of the
defendant and to do any other cuty properly requested
by the Court.
SECTION 2.
A11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
comflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict,
hereby repealed.
