SECTTO. 1.
That fames P. Smith, City Lana er of the City of
�'Paducah, Kentucky, be and he is hereby authorized and empowered
Ito receive bids of Qualified Public Accountants for the preparation
lof an audit of all accounts o_' the C 'y of Paducah in the year 1341,
said and -'t to be prc-)ared 1n compliance s;ith all of the provisions

SECTION 2.
The City 1,ana:�er is authorized and directed to advertise

or and accept all bids under seal, and which bids shall not be open

at such other hour as may be determined for the receivin- and o?ening
of bids, and all of said sealed bids shall be filed by the City :.'anal
