YCCRACKEN CIRCUIT COURT; PRESCRIBIJG THE TERMS ADM CONDITIONS
UNDER VMICH SAID PROPsR'L'C SHALL BE SOLD, AND AUTHORIZING THE
.;AYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID

CITY OF PADUCAH, KEN-rJCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Effie
m. Rogers in the sum of :;,:100.00 for the purchase of property
located at #1407 South 4th Street, andwhich property said city
purchased at a Commissioner's sale held pursuant to a Judgment
rendered under Amended Petition No. 79 in the action of City of
Paducah against J. Fort Abell et al., Branch),
and the 'Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
empowered to execute for and on behalf of the City of Paducah
a Deed of Conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2.
The above mentioned property shall be sold for cash,
and shall be conveyed to the purchaser with Covenant of Special
Warranty of Title. Said sale and conveyance shall also be made
subjet't to any 'taxes due the State of Kentucky and County of
1,gcCracken which were not extinguished when said property w as sold
pursuant to the aforesaid judgment.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
