SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, jointly w1th LicCracken
County, Kentucky, provide the hereinafter described tract of land,
or so much thereof' as may be required for acceptance as an airnortl
site, which said tract of -round has been approved for developments
by the Civil Aeronautics Adrrinistration.
SECTIO!' 2.
That the City of Paducah, in conjunct;on w.1 th 1. crrsclten
County,. Kentucky, fulfill such reqs re :cants as umay be de;,ianded of
said 0^.ty and said County for the _,evelooment, ma'ntenance, rnd
operation of said site for the purposes above described, said site
being and lying in ;-cCracken Couatzr, I:entitcl:y, and mo: ^e particular
described as follo'us, to -wit:
A tract of land consst_n of approximately
486 acres lying south and east of U. S. 60, and
.,est of the Fisher School louse pad and orth
of the 0ld Hinkleville goad, all in icCracken
County, Kentucky, and approximately 10 miles from
the Paducah P. S. Post Office. Said property now
under option to Preater Paducah Association.
SECTIOTP? 3.
This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
