SECTI011 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Hurh T. Crouse
in the sum of $:11350.00 for the purchase of prcperty located at
620 Kentucky Avenue, and vahieh property said city .purchased at a
Commissioners sale held pursuant to ., Judgment rendered udder
Amended Petition No. 51 in the action of City of Paducah against
J.Fort Abell, Charles A. Cox, Executor of the rill of Irene Gardner;

et al., and the 1:`.ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
empowered to execute for and on behalf of the city of Paducah a
deed of conveyance to said property.

SECTION 2.
The above mentioned property shall be sold for cash, and shall be
conveyed to the purchaser with Covenant of Special Warranty of Title.
,Said sale and convevance shall also be made subject to any taxes dMi;
the State of Kentucky and County of McCracken which were not

extinguished when said property was sold pursuant to the aforesaid

judgment.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
