AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF

CERTAIN REAL ESTATE PURCHASED BY TIE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AT
TAX SALES HELD BY T. A. MILLER, !,.ASTER COMIiISSIONER, AND ALSO
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH OF ASSIGNI-'ENTS OF
BIDS FOR CERTAIN REAL ESTATE PURCHASED BY THE CITY AT SUCH TAX
SALES; PRESCRIBING THE TERi,iS AND CONDITIONS UNDER '!n`HICH SAID
PROPERTY SHALL BE SOLD, AND AUTHORIZING EiE :':iAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO,
EXECUTE PROPER INSTRUMENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF CARRYING THIS ORDINANCE
INTO EFFECT

CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offers in the
amounts hereinafter set but for the purchase of certain real estate'
sold to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, at tax sales held by T.A.
Miller, Diaster Commissioner of EcCracken Circuit Court, and the

Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered to execute

for and on behalf of the City of Paducah deeds of conveyance to the.
following described property: -
Purchase Price
(1 ) Christine Alliston -South Viest Corner of 6th

10th & Bachman, bounded on the North
by Bachman St., on the 'West by Katter-

(3) John W. Waters - Part of Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block 62
at the South VWest corner of 10th &

SECTION

All of the above described property shall be sold for
II cash, and shall be conveyed to the purchasers thereof with Covenant
of Special Viarranty of Title, and subject to any tax liens of the
State of Kentucky and County of I+IcCracken which were not extinguished
in the sale of said property held by T. A. Miller, Luster Commissioner,

under Judgments rendered in the I."cCra;ken Circuit Court.
SECTION 3.
That the City of Paducah accept the offers in the amounts
hereinafter set out for the assignments of its bids to certain
real estate purchased by it at tax sales held by T. A. Diiller,

authorized and empowered to execute for and on behalf of the
City of Paducah, assignments of its bids for the purchase of
the following described property:

SECTION 4.
The bids of the City of Paducah in and to the property
described above shall be sold, assigned and transferred to the
aforesaid purchasers in consideration of the payment of the
purchase price in cash, and the purchasers shall succeed to and
be vested with all of the rights and privileges which the City of
Paducah acquired under its bid and purchase of said property, but
said assignments shall be executed by the City without any

Section 5.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
