tain temporary and perrianent adjustments of the railroad tracks

negotiations have been actively conducted

That the 'r,.ayor of the City of Paducah .e and he is
authorized and directed to execute said easement and agreement
on behalf of the City of Paducah when same has been approved on
behalf of the District Ln�-ineer of the Louisville District of the
United States En.,ineers Department, and the Clerk of the City
of Paducah is authorized and directed to attest the
sil-nature fIII
of said NMayor and to affix to said instrument the seal of the
City.
