WHEREAS, the consideration to be paid Hollis Jollnson

SECTION 1.
That the City -ana>;er of the City of Fachzcah is

authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City an
escrow agement providin5 for the payment of said sum to the
Hollis Johnson Company by an escrow A7ent therein designated
as and v.,hen the ri ht of way is cleared, provided, however,

that the United States En-ineers shall a,,prove the amreement

This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
