IIAN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AND DELIVER FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, A DEED TO FRED L. HENSON FOR SALE OF A LOT LYING 400 FEET
..,WEST OF THE NORTH WEST CORNER OF GREEN STREET AND BROWN AVENUE, THE
SAME HAVING A UNIFORM WIDM OF 40FEET AND EXTENDING BACK FROM THE
(NORTH LINE OF BROWN AVENUE TO THE KATTERJORN AND MURRAY LINE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COW-TISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
SECTION 1,
That in consideration of the sum of W .00 to be paid
to the City of Paducah in cash, the Mayor and City Clerk be
authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of Paducah a
deed to Fred L. Henson for the sale of a certain lot owned by the
City of Paducah, and being a part of the same property conveyed to
11 the City of Paducah by T.A.Miller, I•Taster Commissioner, as shown
:,by deed dated September 26th, 1938, and of record in Commissioner's
Deed Book 10 page 51 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office,
said lot lying 400 feet West of the North West corner of Green
Street and Brown Avenue, and having a uniform width of 40 feet and
extending back from the North line of Brown Street to the

Katterjohn & Murray line, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
lempowered to acknowledge said deed as herein authorized.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
rand after its adoption.
