of February, 1940, be and the same iz, hereby amended so that
said Section as amended shall read as follov:s:
"Section 1. That the City "I.anager be, and he is hereby
authorized and empowered to employ s Delinquent Insurance License
Collector to make collection of any and all insurance license tax

11 and penalties thereon which are past due the City of Paducah,
including the taxable year of 1940 (Taxes which became delinquent
February 1st, 1940), except that said Delinquent
Insurance License
Collector shall not collect any insurance license tax for the
year 1940 from any company represented by a local resident agent
or a non-resident agent that has either raid or has beor: charged
a license tax for the taxable years 1939 and 1940."
