Home My WebLink AboutOrdinances Book 10, Page 1534, No Ordinance Number1534 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 17 ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 9TH STREET BETWEEN HARRIS AND BOYD STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WHICH WAS ACCEPTED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT EMBODIED IN A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JULY 22nd, 1946 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That upon the recommendation and request of the City Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on July 22nd, 1946, the plat of the subdivision of Block 17 on the South side of 9th Street between Harris and Boyd Streets, be and the same is hereby approved. SEC TION 2.
