"AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ENFOACEmENT NlITHIW THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY OF AN ACT OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE
STATE OF KENTUCKY ADOPTED IN 1928, COA.II::ONLY ICiNO:51 AND REFERRED TO
AS 'THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING LA'fff " INHICH WAS ADOPTED
BY T_IE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON THE SEVENTEENTH DAY OF DECEMBER
1928 AND AMENDED ON MARCH 19, 1946.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COLfSISSIW':RS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KEN`UCKY:
SECTION ONE
That Section Five of an ordinance entitled "AN
ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT WITHIiN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY OF AN ACT OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE
STATE OF KENTUCKY ADOPTED IiN 1928, C01Q.-IONLY KNOWN AND REFERRED
TO AS 'THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING LAIN' ", which diad adopted
by the Board of Commissioners on the Seventeenth Day of December,
1928, and amended on the Nineteenth Day of I:iarch, 1946, be and
the same is hereby amended so that said section as amended shall
read as follows:
"SECTION FIVE. Before issuing any Building Permit
or Certificate of Occupancy of any kind for a gasoline filling
station, automobile repair shop, public garage or parking lot,
stable, lunch stand or fruit or vegetable stand, tourist court
or tourist cabins, motel, slaughter house, glue factory, dye
factory, road house or chemical works, the application therefor
shall be first submitted to and approved by the City Planning
and Zoning Commission, and as so approved by said City Planning
and Zoning Commission, the same shall then be submitted to the
:3uilding Inspector in said city for his consideration, as --other-
wise provided by the lave and ordinance."
SECTION T70
All ordinances and -parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION THREE
This ordinance shall be in full farce and effect from
and after its adoption.
