BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIMISSION.ERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, K�NTUCKY:
SEC TION 1.
That Section 13 of an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE PRE-
SCRIBING RULES FOR THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCA
KENTUCKY, FIXING THE TINE FOR THE HOL ING OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF SA
BOARD AIID REPEALING ALL RULES AND ORDI1,T NCES IN CONFLICT THERE.7ITH"
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on the 5th day of
January, 1920 and amended on October 17, 1944 be and the same is
hereby amended so that said section as amended shall read as follow
"Section 13. The regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners
shall be held at 7:30 o'clock I.i",. on each Tuesday, except when suc
meet'.nC shall fall on a legal holiday the regular meeting of said
board shall be held on the following 17ednesday at the .same hour.
Special or called meetings ma•/ be held upon the request of
the Mayor or two members of the I;oard of Commissioners if written n
thereof is delivered to each memter or to his or her residence or
business address tweet,i-four (24) hours prior to the time that such
meeting is to be held. Provided, however, a special or called meet
may be held at any date and hour without written notice provided
the Payor and all members of the board of Commissioners are present
at such meeting. Executed or accepted notices shall be filed with
City Clerk and spread upon the minutes.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinan^.e shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
