1.1,713REAS, pursuant to the provisions o. an ordinance
adopted by the Board of Comaissioners on February 26th, 1946, the
City of laducah entered into a contract of sale by the terms of which
said City agreed tc sell and convey three certain lots or parcels
of land to Con D. Johnston, jr., for 1300.00, the sum of JOO.t_C of
said purchase price to be paid in cash and the remainder amountir_g
to 200.CO to be paid in installments in the sum of .;,25.00 per
month; and,
1;ER3AS, the said Con D. Johnston, jr., and his life,
I.'ar`aret Johnston, have assigned to I. E. Crosthwait and his wife,
1.'artha C. Crosthwait, all of their ri ht, title And interest in and
to the aforesaid contract of sale dated pebruary 27th, 1946;
