THEE CITY OF PADUC A. , K__21TUCKYi VEiEREAS, the City of Paducah dermed it advisable to establish a municipal college pursuant to the provisions of Sections 3219-1 to 3219-7 of Carroll's Kentucky Statutes; and t7HER'EAS, under the provisions of Section 3219-2 it is necessary that the S+layor and the Board of Commissioners appoint a Board of Trustees to control said college, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AS FOLLMS: SECTION 1. That Govriel L. Rosenthal, B.G.Kruger, John G. Russell, Brady N. Stewart, T.S.'aaller, 71.A.Conway, Luther Carson, i'orton Hand and Schultz Riggs are hereby appointed by the i,:ayor and the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, 77. Kentucky, as a Board of Trustees to control the municipal college, in the City of Paducah ednich has been established pursuant to �2_i`tsj the provisions of Sections 3219-1 to 3219,-7 of Carroll's Kentucky Statutes. And said Board of Trustees are to haveall of the powers given to them pursuant to the provisions of said Section of said statutes. SECTION 2. That all ordinances, resolutions and orders or parts thereof in conflict r,ith the provisions of this ordinance are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced at a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners and remain on file fornot less than one (1) week for public inspection in its completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passa3e, and upon its adoption it shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
