CERTAIN PORTION OF LAND COMPRISING THE PADUCAH-T CCRACKETI COUNTY
AIRPORT TO BE USED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE BY 1HE
HIGH':JAY DEPART.'ENT FOR A ROAD, AND AJ THORIZING THE LIAYOR, FOR AUD
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO JOIN IJITH THE C OUN
JUDGE OF MCCRACKEN COLNTY, KENTUCKY, IN THE EXECUTION OF A DEED F
THE PURPOSE Of CONVEYING SAID PROPERTY TO THE COMMON71EALTH OF
KENTUCKY
ECREAS, the HiZhway Department of the Commonwealth of
Kentucky, has a3roed and obligated itself to construct and maintai
a black -top highway upon the hereinafter described real estate whi
is owned jointly by the City of Paducah, Kentucky and the County
of EcCracken, State of Kentucky, being a part of the lands of the
Paducah-T,.cCracken County Airport; and,
REAS, said black -top highway is to be constructed upon
the condition t hat the ri-Tht-of-way therefor shall be conveyed to
Com-:onwealth of Kentucky for that purpose.
NO';; THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI.11I33IONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah donate to the Commonwealth of
I:entucky the hereinafter described real estate to be used by the
Highway Department for the construction and maintenance of a road,
and the i,:ayor is hereby authorized and empowered, for and on behalf
of the City of Iaducah, to join with the County Judge of T;lcCracken
County, Kentucky in the execution of a deed under which the City of
Paducah and the County of McCracken, Mate of Kentucky will convey
to the commonwealth of Ka•ntucky the following described property: -
"Beginning at a point in the South right-of-way
lien of U.S.HiZhway No. 60,said point
being the intersection of the said south
right-of-way line of U.S.Highway No. 60,
owned by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the
west right-of-way line of the Fisher School
House road, woned by McCracken County, Kentucky;
thence in a westerly durection 33 feet from and parallel
to the middle line of U.3.Highway No. 60, 20 feet
to a point, said point bein in the right-of-way
line' between U. S. iIi hway I o. 60 and the
Paducah-T:icCracken County Airport, owned by
I'Mracken County, Kentucky, and Paducah, P,entucky;
thence in a southerly direction, in and through the
property of said Paducah, T'cCracken firport 20 feet
from and parallel to the west right-of-way line of
the Fisher School '-louse Road 3777 feet to a point;
thence in an easterly direction 20 feet to a point,
said point being the west ri,-ht-of-way line
between the richer school House Road and
said Paducah-T::cCrac:cen County Airport; thence
in a northerly direction with the west ri,�ht-
of-way line of the Fisher 3hhool IIouse road
3777 feet to the point of beCinninC; and
bein the same propert,; conveyed to the City of
Paducah and County of l:icCvacicen by Deed Book
212, page 155, and reed Boo:c 213, page 144,
