RESTRICTIONS SET FORTH IN A RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE CITY
AND ZONING CONIIdI SION ON 24TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 193911, AND AMENDING
SECTION 5 OF SAID ORDINANCE, WHICH '•NAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF
COI M113SIONERS ON NOVEILBER 27th, 1939.
:WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission has
recommended the amendment of Section 5 of the aforesaid ordinance is
shown by its final report embodied in a resolution adopted by it

NOVI H -HEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY Ti -IE BOARD OF COIX.71SSION
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the aforesaid final report of the City Planning and
Zoning Commission be approved and that Section 5 of an ordinance etitled:
"AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE CITY PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION PROVIDING FOR THE 'ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BOU
ON THE NORTH BY AN ALLEY BETWEEN MADISON AND HARRISON STREETS, ON
EAST BY THE PROPERTY LINE OF 24TH STREET, ON THE SOUTH BY AN ALLEY
BET,MEN YONROE AND JEFFERtORT STREETS AND ON THE '/EST LY THE PROPER
LIRE OF' 28TH STREET THE SAME BEING KNOWN AS THE (MALLORY SUB -DIVISION
AS SIiO;IN BY PLAT PREPARED BY J. H. BANES, SURVEYOR ON OCTOBER 1939,
AS AN EXCLUSIVE RESIDENTTIAL DISTRICT OR ZONE AND PRESCRIBING THE
PENALTY TO BE IMPOSED FOR VIOLATION OF THE RESTRICTIONS SET F'ORTH IN

Commissioners on ?ovember 27th, 1939, be and the same is hereby
amended so that said section as amended shall read as follo-:s:
"Section 5. No dwelling costing less than five thousand

All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
