BE IT ORDAINED BY THE E-OARD OF COI:'P,iISS10NERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1.
That the City of 1-aducah accept the offer of Leslie
F. Scanlon in the sum of x450.00 cash for the purchase of two (2)
lots on the South side of Kentucky Avenue between 28th and 29th
streets, said lots being 350.73 feet wrest from the Southwest
corner of the intersection of 28th & Kentucky Avenue; also the
offer of Joseph lF. Doyd in the sum of ;,265.00 cash for the pur-
chase of Lots 29, 30, 31 E; 32 in E•lock 2 of Terrell's Fountain
Park Gddition as shown by plat recorded in Plat Book "A", page 34,
McCracken County Court Clerk's Office; also the offer of N. R. Est
in the sum of .',25.00 for the purchase of Lot 7 in Block "G" of
Pace's Addition as shown by plat recorded in Plat Look "A", pages
262 & 263, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office, .F10.00 of the
purchase price to be paid in cash and the balance to be paid at
the rate of :„10.00 per month with 6jo interest; and also the offer
Of ',Filson R. Estes in the sum of x20.00 for the purchase of Lot 7
in Block "I" of Face's Addition as shown by plat recorded in Plat
Boole "A", pages 262 & 263, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office,
,x10.00 of the purchase price to be paid in cash and the balance
to be paid in 30 days with 6o interest; and the layor and City Cie,
are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
Paducah, proper instruments of conveyance to said property upon
the aforesaid terms, and subject to such further terms, conditions
and covenants as nay be required by the City ISanager.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption.
