That the noise caused by the bleating, bel- lowing, grunting, and squealing of sheep, cows, hogs, horses and other livestock permitted to remain in motor trucks and other vehic- les while parked on the public streets and public ways, as well as on privately owned property, is hereby declared to be a public nuisance in that it creates such noise and distrubance as to inter- fere with the enjoyment of peace, rest and sleep of all persons residing in the vicinity of such parked motor trucks and other vehicles, and the dung and urine from the cattle where said motor trucks and vehicles are parked causes an odor which is offensive to all of the residents•of the neighborhoods so affected thereby, and it shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm, company or corporation to stop or park for any period of time on a public street, public way, or on privately owned property within a distance of one block from any residence in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, any motor truck or vehicle in which sheep, cows, hogs, horses, or any other livestock are bein.- hauled. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation who shall, within the limits of the City of Paducah, cause, create, permit, keep or otherwise maintain such nuisance as hereinabove defined, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction there of shall be fined in any sum of not more than 6100.00, and each day that said nuisance shall occur shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 3.
