SECTION 1.
That Senator Alben W. Barkley, Senator A. B. Chandler and
Congressman Noble Gregory, be urged to vigorously oppose any amen -
ment to the Federal Aid Airport Legislation which will require c ies
and counties to apply to stateauthorities for suc}i aid, and which
will deprive cities and counties of the right to use federal fund
for the construction of administration buildings and other improv -
ments upon airports and that a copy of this resolution be
transmitted to each of them.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
