SECTION 1.
That a Resolution entitled: "A RESOLUTION EXEC:?TING
FROM MUNICIPAL TAXATION FOR A PERIOD OF FITiE Yt,:ARS THE :'.:ANi'EACTURI
PROPERTIES AND BUSINESS OF SOL BRONSTEIN A:MJ NORMAN BhONSTnIN
LOCA'T'ED AT 11TH AND BOARMWAY STREETS Ii'; THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY", ','JHICH ."JAS ADOPTED BY THS BOARD OF M',',,7ISSIONERS
on May 1st, 1945, be and the same is hereby amended so that said
resolution as amended shall read as follows:
"Section 1. That the business of Sol Bronstein and Norma
Bronstein located at the corner of 11th and Broadway Streets in
Paducah, Kentucky, together with all manufacturing properties ovine
by them at said location_, be and the same is hereby exempt from
the payment to the City of Paducah of all license tares and ad
valorem taxes, with the e;:ception of taxes due and payable for
school purposes, for a period of five years be -inning with the
assessment due in the year 1946. Provided, however, the exemption
herein authorized shall not apply and said Company shall be
required to list said property for taxes for the year 1946
unless a plant for the manufacture of ladies clothing is con-
structed thereon and in operation on or before the fiscal year
1946 be3inning January 1st, 1946."
SECTION 2.
This ilesolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
