SOUTH BY THE LINE OF THE BUSINESS DISTRICT ALREADY ESTABLISHED ON
Cv BRIDGE STREET, ON THE EAST BY ME CITY LIMITS AND ON THE 'VEST BY
0 LINE OF THE LEIBERMAN SUBDIVISION AND THE GILSON,ROCK & TULLY
o ADDITION AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, AND PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY
TO BE IMPOSED FOR VIOLATION OF THE RESTRICTIONS SET FORTH IN A
RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THS CITY PLANNING AND ZONING CO;:.ISSION

Q BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO'.'i:ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
I.1 — SECTION 1.
(yj That upon the recommendation and request of the City
(� Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on June 18th, 1945,
all of the property bounded on the North by Yeiser Avenue, on the
South by the line of the business district already established on
Bridge Street; on the East by the City Limits and on the 'lest by
line of the Leiberman subdivision and the Gilson, Rock 2c Tully
Addition is hereby declared to be a residential district within
the meaning of the City Planning and Zoning Commission Law and
to be used for residential purposes only.
SECTION 2.
In order to further promote the general welfare of the people
in said district or zone and to enhance the desirability of same, a 1
property within said area is subject to the following restrictions:
That no residence be permitted to be constructed
within saidarea that will cost less than ;1000.00
SECTION 3.
Any property owner, tenant or other person who erects
constructs or reconstructs any building in violation of or
contrary to the aforesaid provision of this ordinance, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall
fined in any sum not less than $10.00 nor more than u100.00 for ea
offense so committed and each day such offense is committed shall
deemed a separate offense and shall be subject to a separate penal
under the provisions hereof, or the person so offending or so guil
of violation of the provisions hereof, may, in addition to such fi
be imprisoned not more than fifty (50) days at the- discretionmof t
Judge or Jury trying the case.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
