BROADVIAY STREETS III THE CITY OF PADUCAH, Y.i3ITUCKY
WHEREAS, a partnership firm composed of Sol inonstein
and Norman Bronbtein has purchased lots Nos 15, 16 17 in
Enders Addition to the City of Paducah, located at 11th ea
Broadviay Streets in said city, and said property will be used
for the operation of a plant in which ladies clothing will be
manufactured, and the said Sol Bronstein and llorman Bronstein
having submitted to the uoard of Commissioners their application_
for exemption from municipal taxation on all of their manufacturing
properties and business; and,
7;VHEREA3, it a,pearin`; that the plant to be establishes
by the applicant is a bona fide manufact:rin�-, enterprise and
should be exempt from taxation for a period of five years
as an enducement to the location of said business in the city
of Paducah;
11M TiEREFORE, LE IT RESOLVED i'•Y THE ;:OARD OF
CO i>:ISSIONERS OF THE C ITY OFiADUCAH, t'::.!l'UCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the business of Jol Bronstein and 'Iorman rronste4
located at the corner of 11th and :roadway Streets in Paducah,
Kentucky, together with all manufacturing properties owned by
them at said location, be and the same is hereby exempt from
the payment to the City of Paducah of all license taxes and
ad valorem taxes, with the exception of taxes due and payable
for school purposes, for a period of five years beEinning with
the assessment due in the year 1946.
SECTION 2.
Whis Resolution shall be in full force and effect fron
and afte ids adoption.
