AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR 'ME SALE TO NEVA MELUGII1 OF A

AND 30TH STREETS; AND AUTHORIZ NG TILE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
BX3CUTE DEEDS OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO,,E1,I93ION MM OF THE CI T°f
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Neva I..eluZ;in
in the sum of ,,r250.00 cash for the purchase of a lot located on
the North side of I'onroe Street bet-:roen 21st and 22nd itreets,
said lot beginning 100 feet from the 3Tortheiest corner of 21st
and I'onroe Street, fronting 50 feet on I.:onroe and extendin back
165-3/4 feet to an alley; also the sale to John Ogilvie of Lot 7
in Block 2, Edgewood Realty Company's Sub -division, as shown by pl
recorded in Plat Book 'A", page 162, IZcCracken County Court Clerk
office; and the I.:ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, deeds under
which said property shall be conveyed with covenant of Special
:9arranty of title, and subject to any encroachments, defects, or
other state of facts vthich an accurate survey of said property
would show.
-SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
