AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING 'I7 -IE SALE TO MRS. DOLLIE RUSSELL OF
LOT 6 IN BLOCK 28- ON CLAY STREET BETWELN 8th & 9th STREETSI, AND
ALSO THE SALE TO MILDRED M. PULLIN OF A LOT LOCATED ON 4th STREET
BETWEEN ADAMS & JACKSON STREETS; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CTT'
CLERK TO EXECUTE PROPER INSTRUMENTS OP CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:

SECTION 1.
That the City of Iaducah accept the offer of Mrs. Dollie
Russell in the amount of ;75.00 cash for the purchase of Lot 6
in block 281-, said lot begins 115 feet from the Southwest corner
of the intersection of 8th Fc Clay Streets, fronts 50 feet on Clay
Street and extends back toward Harrison Street 57 feet 9 inches;
also the offer of Mildred 14. Pullin in the amount of f"300.00 for
the purchase of a lot located on the west side of 4th Street
said lot begins 160 feet South of the Southwest corner of 4th
and xdams Streets, fronts 40 feet on 4th Street and extends
back toward 5th Street 173 feet 3 inches, u100.00 of the purchase
price to be paid in cash and the balance to be paid at the rate of
'20.00 per month with 6% interest; and the Mayor and City Ilerk
are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City
of Paducah, instruments under which said property shall be
conveyed with covenant of Special ".arranty of title, and subject
to any encroachments, defects, or any state of facts which an
accurate survey of said propdrty would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
